In deckle-edged printed wraps, a bit toned toward the edges, and not without a closed tear or two. Contents clean, but also slightly toned at edges. From the colophon: "Printed by hand at the Cummington Press, Rowe Massachusetts, in an edition of four hundred copies." From the foreword: "As generations of students can attest, Karl Ephraim Weston brought to the profession of teaching a rare combination of enthusiasm and knowledge, of taste and patience and tact.".
