No dust jacket as issued. This book is comprised of the author's southwestern stories from Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Several of these interesting stories were written with lead pencil on lard buckets in cow-camps. All are fiction - but they give a true picture of life as the author saw it.

Boards faded and water-damaged, with staining extending onto bottom edge of prelims and terminals; slight wave to text block, though overall internally bright and clean.
