Moskowitz indeed published this title and between this letter by Keller and the 750 plus word TYPE LETTER SIGNED of April 2, 1948 by Moskowitz, good, which is also included, any questions about the publication of this book are answered. In fact, there are many important things about this title that only the owner of these letters will know!.
