Free joint mobility and appropriate muscle force increases walking efficiency. This process of walking is known as gait. Every human being has a unique gait pattern. Hence by analyzing the gait behavior abnormalities associated with the gait can be identified. Also, by analyzing the temperature, blood pressure and pulse rate most of the diseases can be identified.So a health monitoring procedure is described that depict the complete health status of a person by analyzing both the physical body parameters i.e. temperature, blood pressure and pulse rate and some of the gait parameters viz. cadence, stride length and cycle time(gait cycle time) with the help of fuzzy logic. The proposed procedure with the help of FIS (fuzzy inference system) evaluates the input parameters and maps them into a output parameter that tells the normality and abnormality of the given parameter.
