Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good. 1st Edition. Uncommon titled from the "Blacked-Out" History Series - particularly uncommon in hardcover, as presented here with dustjacket as well. Book is illustrated and over 96 pages seems to link some theories of communism, paganism, the Rockafellers, and other "taboos" with the treatment of Christ - don't trust my thesis though, its a hard one to summarize. Altogether an excellent example. Solidly bound, though opening ever so slightly wider at one or two of the leaves, quite sturdy. Boards are clean firm, gilt lettering still quite bright. Interior is clean, with no marks whatsoever and bright, fresh pages. Dustjacket is clean, although it was printed larger than the book itself so has some wear at that extraneous top edge. Besides that just some minor rubbing at the edges and some light toning at the edges from age, now preserved in brodart. Also laid in are three pages loose of advertisements from similar books published by Chedney and in a similar vein.

What Lies Ahead? What Can We Do About It?, Standard Oil Co. Seeks Control of Schools, A Call to Action in American Schools by Fred H. Johnson, Index. Summary: Josephson's tome purporting to expose the global conspiracy between the Rockefeller family and the Axis powers. The author makes claims such as that the Rockefeller Institute of Pacific Relations controlled the spy ring responsible for the attack on Pearl Harbor, and also talks at length about links between the Rockefellers and companies such as IG Farben, which supported Hitler's concentration camps, as well as claiming links between the family and Stalin in an effort to establish a global society. Certainly not all of Josephson's claims are supportable, but it's an interesting and important historical document nonetheless. 448 Pages, Scarce, Collectible First Edition with Dust Jacket.
