Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Good. Book has light wear to the edges and corners with light rubbing to the covers, light smudging and a touch of foxing to the text block, and a former owner's name written on the cover page, otherwise in great condition. Well-bound with bright pages that are crisp and unmarked. The dust jacket has minor wear to the edges and corners with minor rubbing to the covers, and a bit of yellowing to the back cover. Aside from the items listed, this is a good copy that remains crisp, holds color well and is now enclosed in an archival cover.

Pappe. First edition, number 97 of 100 copies. This is one of 50 copies on Lafuma paper bound in half-vellum; an additional 50 copies were printed on Montval paper and bound in full vellum. The book comprises a collection of homosexual love poetry (in English, in spite of the Latin title) by the eccentric writer and art lover Edward Frank Willis James (1907-1984), known for his long-term patronage of Salvador Dali and for launching the career of ballet choreographer George Balanchine. Octavo. Original quarter vellum, spine lettered in gilt, marbled sides. In the marbled slipcase as issued. Very slight markings to vellum, initial and final leaves slightly foxed. An excellent copy.
