Bound in the original gold boards, decorated in silver, black, and with the image of a microphone blindstamped on the front cover. Laid-in is a letter from the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) Foundation soliciting donations. It is signed by the ALS National Chairman, baseball legend Reggie Jackson (his signature is almost certainly a reproduction). Reggie offers to personally call any donor who sends $1000+, or provide an autograph baseball or photo for lesser amounts. Complete with dust jacket. First Edition. Hardcover.
