Cover dominated by b&w photo of NLF soldier over caption "Vietnam will win," headlines announce "Air War Poster / Narc Pic / VVAW Demo Pix / Haight wins 2, loses 1." Rear leaf is an I Ching hexagram describing victory. Find Viet news and photos, and a short account of a Vietnam Veterans Against the War demonstration with three more photos; "Technology as a tool of repression;" African liberation; the Haight article (re-zoning); ITT /CIA article; the centerfold poster is a b&w drawing by Guy Colwell, shows US eagle spewing fighter-planes over peasantry; "Answering Angela," one Beatrice countering Davis' grump about white women. "Narc Pic" story: "Federal narcs murdered Dirk Dickenson on a ranch near Garberville" after chasing him down with a helicopter (two photos of the encounter).
