Edges are lightly worn and bumped with a few small creases. Burgundy boards are clean with gilt titling on the spine. Edges of spine are lightly worn and bumped. Top edge of textblock is dyed a burgundy/purple colour as well. Text is very faintly age toned, but otherwise clean and square throughout. Binding has loosened throughout, most noticeably inside the front cover. The binding has also separated from the spine of the book. Despite this, the binding remains strong. Overall book was well taken care of by the previous owner and remains in very good condition.
