First edition in publisher's original plain cream card wrap covers. 8vo. 9½'' x 6¼''. Catalogue of the exhibition held in Mantua at the Doge's Palace in September and October 1961. Contains (xxvi), 215 pp Italian text with colour plates followed by 168 monochrome plates on coated paper (xxv-xli) illustrations and archive photographs throughout. Very Good condition book in Good condition dust wrapper with tear and peeling of the card to the top of the spine. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection. Member of the P.B.F.A.
