Soft cover. Condición: Very Good. 1st Edition. San Antonio: The Clegg Company, 1957. First Edition. SIGNED by the author without inscription on title page. Octavo (9" x 6"); v, 78p. Stiff textured pictorial wraps (also issued in cloth). Half-inch split to rear joint at head of spine, otherwise covers show just light signs of shelfwear with no other splits, tears, or chips. Foxing to fore-edge of first and last couple pages as well as page edges, else pages unmarked. Binding is sound. Not an ex-library copy. Adams notes one inaccuracy--that Sam Bass and Sebe Barnes were not, as the author states, killed by John B. Jones in Round Rock--but the other tales of Texas lawlessness contained within apparently pass Adams's muster. [Six-Guns 698]. [AB-456]. Signed by Author(s).
