Loosely inserted is a letter from Robert C Barton of Annamoe, Wicklow with commentary on aspects of the book content, a press clipping with his photograph and his death notice. On the front pastedown is a complimentary slipr from the Irish Manuscripts Commission to one of the authors P.B. Eustace. A review of the book by Norman Atkinson is sellotaped to the f.e.p.
