This copy is signed, dated and inscribed to previous owenr by both Taylor and Larson. Scratch to back cover of jacket. Clarence "Cap" Wigington was a City of St. Paul architect from 1915 to 1949. He was the first licensed African -American architect in Minnesota. From 1937 to 1947, Cap designed more ice palaces than any other architect in the history of the Winter Carnaval.
