Hardcover. Condición: Near Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Navy blue boards with gilt lettering on spine. The spine references 1929, but the title page states 1927. Solid binding. Barely used. Some toning to pages. Ex-library book without the typical card holders. Instead, there are imprints at different sections of the book. The end papers are an olive green and just have a pencil price on the first FEP. Otherwise, the end papers pristine for a library book. Pages 26 and 28 of the first part have a 1.5" to 1.3/4" tear at the top of these pages. This book has three parts and thus pages are no paginated consecutively Part 1: The Insect Fauna, with References Part 2 Fishes A contribution to the life-history of the angler Part 3 New Crusatcea from the Mount Desert Region.
