Printed wrappers. Condición: Very Good +. INSCRIBED ON THE FRONT COVER BY THATCHER M. ADAMS, one of the authors of the "Examination of the Subject of Street Cleaning". A clean copy to boot of the scarce 1891 1st edition. Crisp and VG+ in its original light-brown wrappers. Bound into a recent charcoal-gray card binder, which bears a handwritten title on its cover and has protected the booklet very well. Quarto, includes a wonderful fold-out color map ("New Bond Paper Map of New York City -- Including the Annexed District"). The map bears a discreet stamp ("Property of the New York Society Library") on its blank reverse, otherwise is surprisingly crisp and near-immaculate.
