(xxvi), 86pp. of dutch text, transcribed from the original javanese language by Eko Santoso and Ben Arps. Captioned monochrome illustrations in text featuring some wayang kulit characters, gamelan music notation in numerical order. dutch translation and lay-out by Ben Arps, literature for further reading and information. Dutch language translation of a Javanese Lakon performed by Ki Anom Suroto, originally performed at an Amsterdam based theatre "De Brakke Grond", 23/24 November 1987, performed on the occasion of an International Puppetry Festival. This verbatim text, translated into dutch has been released before dutch Rario in 1990. DEWA RUCI is the story (Lakon) aboutf Prince Werkudara, searching for the origin of mankind. Very fine copy.
