Volume I published in 1906 as volume eleven, Nebraska State Historical Society Publications (Series II-Vol. VI); volume II in 1907 as volume 12 (each by Sedgwick); volume III as volume 13 in 1913 (NSHS). "This is the first of a series designed to give to the public the complete history and original records, as far as they exist, of the Constitutional Conventions of Nebraska" (quoted from preface). Frontispieces of Silas A. Strickland (I); Oliver Perry Mason (II); John Lee Webster (III). Each volume carries a bookplate to the front pastedown and a former owner's signature to the front free endpaper. The cloth shows light edgewear and slight rubbing. Spine lettering of III a bit faded. Rear hinge of III started; all others quite solid. Text pages clean and unmarked. A nice set, difficult to locate as a group.
