Preserved in a quarter morocco folding box with two felt-lined chemises. Armorial bookplate in each volume. Some tiny areas of rubbing to the extremities of the leather and minuscule chips to the spine of Vol. I; a beautiful set. The letters are by Harriet Beecher Stowe, the Rev. Henry Ward Beecher, his wife, and the Rev. C. E. Stowe.
