Condición: Fair. 1959. No Edition Remarks. 224 pages. Colour illustrated dust jacket over yellow boards with red lettering to spine and front. Black and white illustrations by Lilian Buchanan. Binding remains firm. Crinkling to gutters. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Lettering is darkened. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy chips, tears and creasing. Tanning to spine and edges.

Previous owner's inscription to rear endpaper. Some gutter cracking. Some pages loose but not detached. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners. Notable tanning to spine, with scuffing, staining and soiling to boards.

Lovely colour frontis. The first story is "The Flower Show". A children's annual with lots of stories, poems games and puzzles.

Clipped dust jacket with minor rubbing, chipping and tearing to edges. Moderate tanning and scuffing overall.
