Bound in half cloth and paper over boards, paper label on front cover intact [not chipped], binding and hinges are tight. NO LABELS, INSCRIPTIONS, NOR MARKINGS. The front cover is in Good Condition [due to foxing], the interior is in Very Good++ Condition.

Approx. 150 pages. Bound in off-white cloth with title in gold on the spine, blind stamped on the cover. Binding tight. Some light foxing here and there, especially on the endpapers. Gold lettering faded. Good condition. Reproductions of Sipprell s photographs, with sometimes lengthy captions. Signed on the back of the frontispiece by Sipprell, with an inscription dated 1966 How happy I am our paths have crossed again. (inscription is not personalized there is no name except hers.) Pasted to the same page is an invitation to an award ceremony to honor her, in 1974. Taped to the opposite page is a 5 x 7 black and white photograph of Sipprell, with her camera. Affixed to the front endpaper are 2 small color photos of Sipprell (one includes a man identified as Bryce in the handwritten caption). There are also two tears where additional photos may have been removed. There is a large folding business card with reviews of her work and addresses of her studios in NY and Vermont. And there is a clipping from a 1974 newspaper reporting on her being awarded the Governors Award. She is best known for her portraits, including Robert Frost, world leaders and politicians and actors. Sipprell died in 1975. A good copy of this retrospective work, made unique by the signature and original photographs that adorn it.
