Curioso periódico manuscrito clandestino del reinado de Felipe V que no se llegó a imprimirse debido a la crítica feroz que realizaba a la política exterior española y a los ministros de la corona como Patiño, Ustariz, Mello, Ybañez, Cuadra, etc. Corrió manuscrito con distintas cabeceras como el Duende de Palacio y su autor resultó un ciudadano portugués llamado Manuel Freyre de Silva aunque se ocultó de la justicia con el nombre de Manuel San José. El volumen contiene la colección de 22 ejemplares o entregas copiadas de época a renglón y plana, desde el jueves 8 de diciembre de 1735 hasta el jueves 19 de abril de 1736. Se trata de una publicación de gran rareza, de la que tan solo se conocen un puñado de ejemplares, muchos incompletos o con variaciones en palabras, cabeceras o fragmentos del texto. Esta escrito en prosa y verso en clara caligrafía y encuadernado en pergamino de época.
