This is a hardcover book with 138 pages including several photos. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling, writing, or tears. The prior owner has placed a book plate on the first end paper. The dust jacket is in good shape with no chips but the prior owner used 4 pieces of blue tape to tape the DJ flaps down - one of the pieces was removed leaving a tape pull mark on the front DJ cover. The DJ has been placed in a fresh mylar jacket.

Very good with good dust jacket. Withdrawn stamped on front fly leaf, but there are no other markings. Dust jacket has top one inch of spine missing, has three edge tears of 1&1/2 inches and shorter, and is bumped at the corners.
