Quarter-leather. Condición: Good-. No Jacket. 1st Edition. (xiii) + 284pp., maroon cloth with brown leather backstrip, gilt lettering on spine, roundel on front. Top edge of pages gilt. Extremities bumped and rubbed, corners rubbed through. Edgewear to boards, some damp spots, marks, wear and rubbing to boards but quite good for age. Eps have some foxing, name and address on a rectangle of paper affixed to front pastedown. Page edges a little worn and discoloured in place, a small closed tear at the foot of some pages, a few fox spots and a couple of slightly bigger marks to pages but generally excellent internally. Rare Great War edition of the Roll of Honour. First 140pp. is the Roll of Honour - 4 small portrait photos per page with brief descriptions of each and how they died, then the Roll of Service in alphabetical order by Parish. A moving and fascinating book.
