Hint of foxing to top edge, else Fine in a Near Fine dustjacket, unclipped (priced $1.25), with light edge wear and a few tiny tears. Volume discussing a solution to "the dangerously growing strained relations existing between the Negro - White races" in post-war America, written by an African-American doctor from Indiana. Maloy's harmonious solution to America's growing race issue proposes that "almost all Negroes would be happier if they could be with those of their own kind, and if given only half a chance, the Negroes would succeed in building a great nation for themselves.".
