By the end of the 17th century, they produced about 21% of the Spanish books printed in the Netherlands, & with five presses were second only to Moretus in Antwerp. Cousins of Jan Baptist Verdussen II, Hendrik was the second son of Hieronymus III, born in 1653, & died in 1721. Cornelis was born in 1661, & died in 1728. They printed many reprints of earlier Verdussen publications as well.
