This material was originally published in two limited edition volumes shortly after Lawrence's death. The work is published here as one volume with the permission of the Lawrence Trustees who hold the copyright to his work. The Trustees required that this work not be published until six months after David Garnett's LETTERS which they authorized. Light rubbing to dust jacket at top and bottom of spine.
