Snug, bright and neat. Early issue of the second in the Riddle Club series. Original blue cloth with titles stamped in black to spine and in a combination of mustard and black to the front board. Snug binding; crisp corners and bright white page stock. Prior owner name penned neatly to the top edge of the front flyleaf. A bit of mild flecking to the cloth at the edges, presumably minimal silverfishing. Relatively minor spill stain to the spine panel of the DJ and adjoining area of the rear panel with only a mild tide mark across the spine but more noticeable pink hued offset stain to a thin area along the spine edge of the rear panel. Spill apparent to cloth at identical locations but not affecting any internals. Dust jacket is bright and crisp, white spine panel and a color illustrated cover from a painting by Walter Rogers. Aside from the mild spill stain; all else is about Fine ["Bobbsey Twins and Baby May" is the last title shown on the rear flap; "Bunny Brown at Sugarcamp" last Bunny title on rear panel].
