Paperback. Condición: VERY GOOD TRADE PAPERBACK. First Edition. A bit of creasing and curlng to corner of rear cover, and previous eight pages. Translated from the Albanian by Engjellushe Morina. 191 pp. Photographs. Signed Only (no inscription) "Ramush Haradinaj" on front free endpaper. Corners bumped and creased. Softcover original. A book-length interview with Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) leader (and, briefly, Prime Minister of Kosovo) Ramush Haradinaj, describing his early and student life, after which his conscience compelled his entry into the war for the liberation of Kosovo. He participated in a number of arms-smuggling operations across dangerous borders, successfully prevented a wholesale massacre of his village by the Belgrade-led Serbs, and forming the AAK (Alliance for the Future of Kosovo) entered politics. In 2004-2005 . He briefly served as Prime Minister of Kosovo, before being accused of war crimes. He met the charges in a forthright manner, determined to prove them false, and evidence of some backroom dealing between Belgrade and Washington D.C. Scarce title, and even scarcer signature. Softcover original.
