At foot, beneath slug: 'Written by Ethel Snowden, 39 Woodstock Road, Golders Green, N.W.4.' Headed 'Passed by the Press Bureau, December 2nd. No. 00096'. Commences: 'The WAR was caused by diplomats working in secret. | The PEACE must be made by the PEOPLE whose spokesmen must speak and work IN THE OPEN. | Only a PEOPLE'S PEACE can save te world from future wars.' Each pamphlet endorses the Labour Leader newspaper. Both scarce: the only copies of either at Manchester.
