Librería: Isaiah Thomas Books & Prints, Inc., Cotuit, MA, Estados Unidos de America
Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. Not too flowery report of Francis Ouimet winning in 1913, a thrill to read. Green cloth sprung by moisture with evidence directly of water on boards (also spotted with small yellow dots as if you sprayed your toothbrush) and top edge. Some edge staining. All plates complete with tissue guards, which unfortunately took the brunt of water staining, but no images directly affected. Oh, well. Too bad. It has hand made paper. Additional hand written entries (3) made regarding Edward M. Tuckerman, joined 1946, resigned 1948, who won some competitions and has a placque in place in the clubhouse. Large post-it note taped onto front end paper, eight lines regarding R. A. Leeson, pp 94, 97, 99, and George Mixtir p. 89, and the above Ned, p. 81, 181.

Condición: Very good. First printing. Hardcover. Very good condition (no dust jacket-as issued). Top edges gilt. Very slight rubbing to top, bottom of spine and corners. Gilt cover and spine decoration quite bright. Internally clean and tight, except for very occasional discreet ink marks and two marginal comments (these on 16 of 213 pages). Some offsetting to facing pages by plates despite all tissue guards being present. Some leaves never opened (presumably not of interest to previous owner). Overall, a very good or better copy of a scarce and important club history.
