Charming collection of historical vignettes from Port Hope in Ontario's Northumberland Count drawn from weekly columns in the town's newspaper, The Evening Guide. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the blue cloth boards. From the library of the Grenville County Historical Society, and so there are library stamps to the front end papers, title page, and top page edge. Else interior is clean and unmarked save for former owner's name neatly penciled on front free end paper. Dust jacket is fair to good. Some general wear and touches of loss around the edges. Mark at bottom of spine from a removed library sticker. Now wrapped in protective Brodart cover.
