Metcalfe (and their signature in pencil verso). Marbled edges of text block. Cracked at front hinge although all still bound. Text is lovely and clean throughout. An attractive volume, despite its faults. Not really so 'little' as it weighs over 1kg. Prelims + 660pp. Dimensions: approximately 219mm x 150mm x 40mm. Extra postage may be payable.
