DJ has several tears and extensive water stains on back dj. Story of Ed Tyler who moves to Chicago, leaving his wife and children behind in the deep South, and becomes involved with a mistress. Racial heredity and envioronment have molded his character; biology is stronger than sociology--thus a grim fate that ruined his life reveals a tragically humorous ending. VERY RARE VINTAGE NOVEL.
