The book is dedicated to Captain Francis Newton Allen Cromie of the Royal Navy who was killed defending the British embassy in Petrograd in 1918. His photograph and an Evening Standard article about him are fixed into the book. Text is clean and is nice and bright throughout - near fine condition. xi + 1pp + 515pp + Plates. Language: English.
