We ship from Helsinki, Finland, within 1-2 working days of receipt with the exception of our holiday breaks over the New Year, Midsummer and the end of July. For international shipping, our shipping rates depend on the weight of the shipment; we use standard Posti Parcel Services and UPS services; insurance is not included. We use tracking in all our shipments. We avoid using plastics; please contact us if you have some specific requests regarding packaging or your shipment in general. The customer is liable to check in advance that it is legal and possible to deliver the ordered goods to the customer's shipping address. The customer is also liable for all other delivery costs such as customs duties etc.
