SAMUEL BUTLER, D.D. (1774-1839) His 'Ancient Geography' was first published in circa.1822, and 'Modern Geography' was published in circa.1825. Not only for tracing family heritage information, you can also use these maps for special school reports, term papers etc. CONDITION: Suitable browning - age toning. There is a tear/rip along the top and bottom edges of the fold, (see scan) at the bottom area of the map. Soiling and brown spots throughout, otherwise the Map is still in Good Condition. Map Image is clear, crisp and sharp with beautiful detail. Map has a centerfold. Blank on Reverse side. This beautiful old Historical map would look great matted and framed.
