The map is titled: 'Barbaryen, tot de ongelukkige scheeps-togt van Francoys Brooks, en syne slavernye te Macquenes, afgebakend.' (image size 23x15,5cm) The first plate shows a Sjak / Jewish leader being attacked by a soldier of the Viceroy of Barbary / Morocco called Coyd Birry, after he refused to lend money. The second plate shows the hitting of a sleeping lion, during Brooks escape.
