The individual issue covers are not bound-in. Many articles and fiction by the authors & figures of the day, including: a poem by Robert Frost ("Ghost House"); an early poem by Damon Runyon, as Alfred Damon Runyan ("Oh", an' Oh! , an' Oh!"); Helen Keller ("What the Blind Can Do"); Jack London (Up the Slide"); Grace S. Richmond; Margaret Sangster; L. M. Montgomery - 2 poems; Robert E. Peary; polar explorer General A. W. Greeley; Grover Cleveland; Henry Cabot Lodge; Luther Burbank; a poem by John Greenleaf Whittier; H. Rider Haggard; Hamlin Garland; Emerson Hough; etc. Many ads, and including an ~35-page ad section in the Oct 18 issue, with many picture ads of books, optical equipment, sporting goods, weapons, tools, personal care goods, household goods, jewelry, toys & games, etc. Edgewear, with wear at the corners and a bit at the spine extremities. Some surface rubbing, scratches. Small tear at the spine tail. Page edges & endpapers age-darkened. The front flyleaf is creased. A bit of very light foxing in the margins of a couple of pages. Light, horizontal creases where the issues were folded at one time. Inkstamp of previous owner/info in the fore-edge margin of the first page of a few issues (for mailing). Else the pages are clean.
