Except missing the September 26, 1901 issue. The individual issue covers are not bound-in. Articles and fiction by the authors & figures of the day, including: Ernest Seton Thompson, Charles A. Dana, Ellsworth Kelly, Jack London, Sarah Orne Jewett, O. Henry, etc. The Jack London stories are "Lost Poacher" and "Chris Farrington, Able Seaman". The O. Henry story is "Bulger's Friend". Many ads, and including an ~38-page ad section in the Oct 24 issue, with many picture ads of books, optical equipment, sporting goods, weapons, tools, bicycles, musical instruments, household goods, jewelry, toys & games, etc. Edgewear, with wear at the corners and a bit at the spine extremities. Some surface rubbing, scratches. ~3" triangular loss at the top, spine edge corner of page 227/228, with a bit of loss of text. Light, horizontal creases where the issues were folded at one time. Page edges age-darkened. Inkstamp of the name of a previous owner at the very edge of the fore-edge margin on a few pages (as shown in an attached image). Else the pages are clean.
