Some very occasional & light marks to a few text leaves, more so to the first title, chapter page numbers added in contemporary hand to contents leaves and small area of marginal loss to one of the contents leaves Vol.I, but otherwise a pleasant & clean copy bound in 19th C half calf with label, gilt, & marbled boards and endpapers, the spines rubbed but quite sound.
