Red cloth covers are mostly clean, with gilt text and black label on spine. Boards show some edgewear. Corners are sharp. Spine has gilt text on black label and is bright with softened, frayed ends. See photos. Binding is strong. Pastedowns and feps have some light staining at back cover. Illustrations, black and white photographs, are bright and clear. Interior is gently age-toned. Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks. Text block edges are foxed at head. DJ is nicely preserved behind Mylar and is backed with archival paper. DJ has some edgewear, chipped corners, chipping and closed tears along head edge, bumping and chipping along foot edge, some staining to back, a 1.5" closed tear at back, darkening of spine, fading of text on spine.
