Book condition: good, very scare 1803 publication assumed first edition, subtitle reads: "president of the courts of common pleas in the circuit consisting of the counties of Westmoreland, Fayette, Washington and Allegheny, on an impeachment, by the House of Representatives, before the Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, full leather binding shows wear to the perimeter, spine well scuffed but shows gilt trim and red title block, over .25 inch chipped from head of spine, front hinge cracked with play, top string broken, paper on front pastedown partially pulled away, staining to edges of pastedowns and endpapers, nearly all text block is darkened though quite legible, 154 pages followed by 14 page appendix, binding firm, 5 X 8 inches.
