There is a large folding map of North America in volume one. Pagination for both volumes: volume 1: 525 p. ; Volume 2: 544 p. The pages are clean and unmarked. This copy in dark green old cloth retaining original paper spine labels; front outer joint starting in volume 1. Some worm holes to foredge margins of volume one. There is a previous owner presentation note in pencil on the front end paper of volume 1 dated Summer of 1938.
