Colour illustrated wraps 24x31cm. 78pp illustrated throughout with b/w photos and some colour plates mounted on captioned card provided by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information and Guidance, and numerous related adverts. Very good, lightly creased to the top corners. This issue is entirely dedicated to Kuwait. It opens with a message of thanks from Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Salim al-Sabah to the people of France and to President de Gaulle, hoping for closer ties building on the visit to France in April by Kuwaiti PM and Crown Prince Jaber al-Ahmed Al-Sabah. Ambassador to Kuwait Paul Carton echoes these sentiments, acknowledging the timely and supportive nature of this issue. Articles relate to aid provided to Gulf states, Yemen and the Arab world, oil, French firms and products in Kuwait, economic planning, economy and industry, medical assistance, arts, and education. There are also profiles of major companies including the Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait Airways Corporation, and Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
