Two Volumes. Tall hardback, 10.5 x 8.5 inches. Full bound calf leather. Raised banding and gilt decorations to spines with maroon & green leather title labels. Marbled endpapers. All gilt page edges. In very good condition. Some wear to covers; edges rubbed, corners slightly bumped. Boards rubbed. Private bookplate on each front endpaper. Some darkening to edges of plates, some mild foxing spots. All guarded. Else pages all clean, bright and tight. 190 & 155pp. Illustrated with 123 B&W steel engraved plates 2 frontis plates & 2 illustrated title page (all tissue guarded.).
