A Good, maroon cloth binding with gilt lettering on spine, binding a bit shaky, some handling/scuff marks to boards, rubbed spot on mid spine, white marker number handwritten on bottom spine, abrasions to board corners, crimping and a bit fraying to spine edges, rubbing along board edges, top text block edge stained maroon with some blemishes, some age toning to pages, rub mark bottom text block corner, residue from removed bookplate on front pastedown, front hinge was reinforced but has become a bit worn and brittle, spine buckram separating from backing material, some sunning to pastedown/endpaper margins, handwritten ink number and letter bottom text block edge, map included and intact in rear pastedown pocket, very mild scattered foxing to text block edges, without Dust wrapper.
