Blue cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and cover. There is minor fading to the lettering on the spines. Top edges are gilt. Owner's bookplate. The corners and spine ends are fine. The spines are rather faded - still perfectly legible; some leaves are lightly foxed - mostly confined to margins; otherwise, a very firm, clean and little used set. The plates are from vibrant watercolour drawings by Flint in his characteristic style. A heavy set, so additional shipping will be asked for destinations outside the UK.
