Marlowe's Edward II, edited by William Dinsmore Briggs, PH.D. Hardback, 1914, first edition thus, published by David Nutt, London, 221 pages + cxxx. Octavo/8vo, measures around 9 1/8" by 6 1/8" by 1 3/4". No dust jacket. Discolouration to spine, some scuffing, marking and staining. Clear signs of shelf-wear, bumped and torn corners. Some slackness to spine but contents reasonably firm. Page edges deckled and opened, though a little roughly cut in places. Edges also browned, scuffed and a bit marked.
