A bound volume of weekly humour magazines, No. 627 to 652, containing fiction, poetry, news, humour, etc. Red cloth, red leather with gilt titling on spine, faux bands, illustrated title page and profusely illustrated throughout with handsome black and white plates, advertising through book and at back. 427 pages. Given its age, book is in remarkable shape - bottom edges have some wear, some rubbing to cover, textblock edges darkened, foxing spots on end papers, pages 404 and 405 have small tears that have been repaired with clear tape, page 650 is stained and has a 4 inch closed tear and a few little holes.
