All books sold at listed prices. We are open to consider discounts on volume purchases.
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and PayPal. We accept WIRE transfers ONLY FOR ORDERS ABOVE $1,000.00.
All sales are final unless books arrive damaged or are shipped in error. To avoid returns, we will gladly provide any information that customers may need about requested books, included pictures if necessary.
All software titles (CD-ROM or DVD, cassettes) are shipped in publisher's sealed and/or original packages...

Priority Mail Domestic shipping rates are set for any book that fits into a flat rate envelope. If the book is larger, higher fees may be requested. Media mail rates are for any book under 5 lbs.
Priority Mail International shipping rates are set for any book or books that will fit into a flate rate Priority Mail envelope, and weigh up to 4 lbs. If weight or size are higher, we will need to request higher rates also. NOW WE OFFER COURIER SERVICE at Priority Mail International Rates! Our experience with Priority Mail International shipments has been extremely negative. Delivery for shipments that the USPS mail estimates in 6 to 8 business days, have experienced delivery delays to many countries running into two months. Even our most patient and understanding customers have been tremendously dissapointed. We found a great solution: The cargo company we were using for large shipments was accepting smaller shipments to be process through Courier Services. Our commitment: We will ship all international orders via Courier service at the same Priority Mail International rates we were charging before. Sometimes we will even offer lower rates for Courier Service. Delivery times: From 4 to 8 days. Carriers involved: DHL, FedEx, others.
Las Tarifas de envío para Priority Mail International están calculadas para cualquier libro o libros que caben en un sobre especial de tarifa plana o cuyo peso no pasa de 4 libras. Si el tamaño o peso exceden el tamaño del sobre o las 4 libras, necesitaremos pedir autorización para tarifas más elevadas. Hemos tenido problemas repetidos muy serios con el Correo Internacional en muchos países. Muchos envíos han tardado de tres semanas a dos meses. AHORA OFRECEMOS SERVICIO DE PAQUETERÍA COURIER con la misma tarifa que cobrábamos hasta ahora para Priority Mail International. Estamos usando la misma compañía de carga que hemos usado muchos años para carga mayor, pero ahora para servicio courier. Aceptamos las tarifas de envíos por Priority Mail International (con las mismas variantes de acuerdo con los pesos) y enviamos la mercancía por servicio de paquetería courier. Las entregas se hacen normalmente entre 4 y 8 días. El servicio es excepcionalmente eficaz.
